At the beginning of spring I was practicing yoga three times a week and by the end of summer I was down to zero.
I’m not flexible by nature but after practicing yoga all winter; I had become more flexible than ever. I never woke up with aches or pains. Lately those aches and pains have been creeping up on me.

Surely, I’ve kept active with other activities over the summer such as biking, running and kayaking but those activities does not seem to bring me the inner peace and sense of harmony that the yoga does.
Well, this week I added two yoga sessions to my schedule and though I struggled through the poses, since I’m stiff as a board, I do feel good! I didn't realize how much I've missed my Yoga.
So I’m ending this week feeling relaxed and energized and I’m looking forward to rekindling with my Hiking Buddies next..
glad to hear you are enjoying yoga again! I took my mat with me to Italy and actually ended up sleeping on it in the Rome airport for a bit.
